Terms & Conditions

Warranty and Guarantees
• Regular maintenance under this plan satisfies manufacturer warranty requirements.
• Repairs performed while enrolled in the membership are warranted as long as the membership remains active, and payment has not defaulted.

Membership Term and Renewal
• The membership term is for one year from the date of enrollment.
• Membership will automatically renew annually unless canceled by the member with a 30-day written notice prior to the renewal date.

Payment Terms
• Membership fees are due annually at the time of enrollment.
• Payment can be made via credit card, check, or bank transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Members may cancel their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice.
• After 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining term of the membership.
• If notice has been made before 30 days of the next payment and a credit card was still charged, monies will be refunded with proof of notice.

Exclusions and Limitations
• This plan does not cover the cost of parts or repairs needed due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
• Emergency services required due to natural disasters, power outages, or other acts of God are not covered under this plan.
• The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the address listed at the time of enrollment.

Member Responsibilities
• Members must provide access to their property for scheduled maintenance visits.
• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their systems are accessible and in working condition at the time of service or they will be charged a $120 diagnostic fee for any troubleshooting that will occur.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
• Panther Air Conditioning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in writing.
